We provide a range of services associated with Intellectual Property from a commercial perspective. Our services are supportive of a Patent or Trademark Attorneys we provide services that Attorneys either outsource to other providers or do not provide at all. We provide most support in the creation of IP processes in a business and their ongoing maintenance when staff change or are looking for best practice. That is why we have developed IP Handbooks for a number of clients.
Why are we different to a Law firm, Patent Attorney, Trademark Attorney
Legal support is essential to the creation and protection of IP. We work with a number of IP practices and law firms to help mutual clients.
Where we are different is that we provide commercial support to the IP process what does this mean? We help businesses obtain the best commercial solution how we do this is by providing clear options and risks to clients around IP decisions and more importantly we provide the back office services that all IP firms use transparently and remove any outsource service non value add fees.
How can we demonstrate what we do? Typically the easiest way is to review either an up coming IP or recent work and provide review of cost and solutions so that a client can see the value of what we do.
